Memberikan pelayanan jasa hukum dalam kaitannya dengan permasalahan tenaga kerja dalam ranah hubungan industrial, meliputi pembuatan kontrak kerja, Kontrak Kerja Bersama (KKB), dan peraturan perusahaan, termasuk namun tidak terbatas juga menyediakan dan memberikan jasa hukum mengenai hal-hal yang mengatur tentang Tenaga Kerja Asing berikut kontrak kerjanya.
Selain dari pada itu kami memberikan advice hukum, mewakili dan atau mendampingi Klien baik dari pihak Perusahaan/Pengusaha maupun dari pihak Karyawan/Tenaga Kerja/Serikat Pekerja ketika dalam proses sengketa perselisihan, selanjutnya penanganan dalam proses perundingan Bipartit, maupun Tripartit dalam proses perundingan pada tingkat Mediasi pada institusi pemerintah dalam hal ini Disnakertrans pemerintahan setempat. Tanpa terkecuali penanganan dalam proses litigasi pada tingkat Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial (PHI) sampai dengan pada tingkat Mahkamah Agung (MA);
Labor and Industrial Relations
To provide legal services in connection with labor issues in the domain of industrial relations, including the fabrication of work contracts, Employment Contracts (KKB), and corporate regulations, including, but not limited to, also provide legal services on matters governing foreign workers as well as advising on their work contracts.
Apart from that, INS Attorney at Law also provide legal advice, represent and assist the Client, either from the side of a company or that of a employee / labor union during the occurrences of disputes. We also handle bipartite and tripartite negotiation processes and mediative talks at the level of government institutions, such as the Ministry of Employment and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia. In addition to that, we also accept litigation cases administered at the level of the Industrial Relations Court (PHI) up to the level of the Supreme Court (MA).
